I rolled a 268 in practice with the True Blood a few weeks ago. Front 8, missed a solid 10, last 3. The lanes were very dry. On fresh lanes it is a great spare ball, but when they start to dry out, the ball will definitely start to move off of spares on you. I would almost recommend a traditional spare ball in addition to this type of ball if you have a lot of hand like myself, and don't flatten out for spares.
