I know that there are many who tout the customer service of Lane1 and Visionary. While both of those are great, the existence of Eric Thomas allows Global900/A.M.F. to be right at the forefront of customer service with them.
Several times I have needed advice/help with an A.M.F. product, and Eric has stepped up every single time, and I'm just a single guy bowling in leagues/tournaments with friends. He always answers my questions with informative, insightful information.
