It seems lately my Dream On has been laboring to make it back to the pocket. I am thinking about hitting the surface with 2000 abralon to see if that helps a bit. Have the Respect for my skid snap ball but sometimes Respect goes down too far and comes in behind head pin thus leaving a lot of corner pins. Was thinking about either 2000 or 1000 on Dream On. I was hoping the Dream On would be my heavy oil ball it just doesn't quite recover enough on the heavy stuff. Might have to pick up the Moxie if my experiment doesn't work. Thanks

I often hit my Dream On with 1000 grit by hand during practice sometimes I love that ball.  Try to add a little surface and I think you will get what your looking for.  Good luck

Thank you.  Ball sure does get lane shine extremely quick. I will hit it with 1000 and see how she rolls. Hopefully that does the trick. Need a ball that hooks on the fresh.

I've found I have to keep a pretty fresh cover on the dream on. it does absorb oil pretty quickly, but as soon as I hit it with a pad it comes back to life. Doing normal maintenance will definetely help as well. I tried to polish it too, and that gave me a look closer to the original dream just not quite as flippy. I've gone down to as low as 500 grit on my dream on and it reads oil well still at low grit for me. RyGuy119, I do agree it does get lane shine pretty quick, so I thnk keeping the surface at what you want will help a bunch.
