Going to get my Break Pearl drilled today and was wondering what's the best layout for it?

I would suggest telling your ball driller what type of reaction you are looking for.

Oh, let me handle this one. I love this stuff ...

You see, it depends on ...
- your release & dleivery specifications, including
- - your axis tilt,
- - your rev rate,
- - your angle of rotation
- - your ball speed,
- - your PAP,
- the lane surface on which you will use the ball,
- the oil pattern(s) on which you will use the ball,
- the oil pattern length on which you will use the ball,

I would say the best layout would be the one that gets you the most strikes.

Good Luck.
