The Part only a few see is the Strategic planning that goes into planning and building a company.
All here on the net do not see our sales figures, our projections and our profit margins. They certainly do not see the international impact we have had. We adapted a plan based on our production capacities, launch schedules, costs etc. These components and the input we received from specific shops, IBPSIA memebrship (i'm on their advisory board) my expierences in starting a company, running several etc. have lead us to believe that our best opportunity to penetrate a market is to appeal to the loyal followers we had from past companies. These followers agreed to support the brand and allowed us to develop a forecast that yeilded a satisfactory ROI. The plan is working very well. We are growing at a rate we can easily manage.
We feel that a major culprit in the industry and a down fall of several companies was the launch programs and distributor buy ins. These lead to over production and eventually using alternate venues to move product at a reduce cost. As I have said before i"f you sell all you build and build all you sell" the flow through is perfect. We are at that stage currently. As most of you know we build balls for several companies. Allocation of production is operating smoothly we do not need to make any adjustments to the plan, in the future if we see an opportunity or need to grab additional market share we certainly know how and where to get it. Thanks for your support and concern.
Phil
