I posted this in the beginners forum also. Seriously if you guys are new or have been bowling 20 years you should check out this site that Danny Speranza built. You can really learn more about ball technology, core structure and what really makes a ball work by joining this site. Its $44 for a year but you get a HP ball for shooting an honor score and if you just starting to bowl you can earn one with a 100 pins over your average. The ball path simulator is worth the money alone!!! I swear by it and so does Phil. Let me know if you have any questions.

Yes its a membership program but its inexpensive and you will recieve a high performance ball for reaching some goals, ie 300,800,100 pins over average etc. Plus you get access to the ball path simulator which you have to see to believe. I have been bowling forever but I use the simulator all the time to help me determine ball selection for different patterns.
