I just drilled my Bounty Hunter pearl but wanted to take a minute to thank Eric even before I throw the ball.
I went to the Next Level Bowling seminar/clinic and heard all the hoopl;a about the Bounty Hunter pearl, so I ordered one.
After receiving the specs on the ball that was shipped to me, I left a message here on Ballreviews for Eric to help me with a drilling recommendation. He was going to be in and out of the office all day so he gave me his email address and we communicated through email until I was able to answer his questions and he was able to give me a drilling recommendation. I really appreciated his time because my ball driller was going out of town and I wanted to have it drilled before he left.
I wanted to say thank you before I threw the Bounty Hunter pearl because I usually don't match up with pearls and I just wanted to comment on the professionalism that was provided by Eric.
So, thank you Eric for the time you gave me out of your busy schedule.

Eric's a cool guy and very helpful and accommodating. After meeting him and Nick at the plant, I have a better appreciation for the 900Global brand and their goals. They're defnitely a bowler-oriented company.

I know that there are many who tout the customer service of Lane1 and Visionary. While both of those are great, the existence of Eric Thomas allows Global900/A.M.F. to be right at the forefront of customer service with them.
Several times I have needed advice/help with an A.M.F. product, and Eric has stepped up every single time, and I'm just a single guy bowling in leagues/tournaments with friends. He always answers my questions with informative, insightful information.
