Grip it
«

I am currently looking for a 15# NIB Grip it.
Would like a 3-4" pin if at all possible.
My pro shop guy can't locate one.
Ebay isn't any better.
Any suggestions on where to look.

Best I can say is keep your eyes open for one on eBay. I see them show up from time to time here recently for a pretty fair price NIB. Other than that, I think that is your best bet for one.

I checked a couple of internet sites that I know keep older balls around (NIB) and none of them had any. There might be some others of which I am not aware. So, I also recommend of checking Ebay once every 3 or 4 days for one.

Might be worth shooting Madmax a PM.
He seems to have a lot of older equipment

If you are looking for that performance, not just that individual ball, try out an All Day. Same coverstock, moderately close core numbers with a different core shape (still symmetric and 4000 box finish).

ThomasR,
Looked at both the All Day and All Night.
Actually leaning towards the All Night because of the pearlized coverstock.
Mainly want a ball for the burn or torn up heads you can find later on in a tournament block.

bass, another option for that would be a Breakdown. I have one pin up that i polished a little and have been able to use that ball on the burn and torn up heads. Just a idea for you

From experience the grip/It would not be a good choice if your looking for a ball for the burn. Out of box the ball is dull and with its low rg it starts up very early. I would lean more towards the break down, all night or even the torch by AMF.

Break down if you want to stay right, all night if you want to chase it in.

Thanks everybody.
The main reason I wanted a Grip It was I previously had one but I misdrilled it.
Pin down and then sold it.
I already have a Breakdown in my bag for Nationals drilled rico.
This weight block/layout combo has done very well for me in the past at Nationals so it was a no brainer.
My pro shop guy has convinced me to go in a different direction for the burn.
