Hack infect

Any body got any info, same core as the Hack, S75 cover. Is it Soaker S75 or not? I drilled the green/black, which is finished the same as the Break S75 OOB. Exact same drill as the pink/purple hack solid, much more skid/snap. Not as snappy as the Break point pearl, but not as smooth as I was hoping for. The Pink hack is super smooth in the midlane and a good hard arc on the back, I was hoping that this ball would move the same way but go a little further down the lane. Only have 3 games on it, probably check back after I got some more. Alot of ball for $80 on ebay. I like this core, its got a low RG, but the diff isnt to crazy high.

The Hack has an S70 and the Hack infect is S75 if I remember right and I think teneek said its a  hybrid coverstock with a tier weight block like what use to be in a Columbia 300 formula ball. Not positive but if I remembering correct thats it. Hope it helps I also had both and the hack was super smooth just like you said and I saw alot more skid/flip with the infect

I''ve got a Hack Infect short pin from Tekneek that was drilled 4.25 x 45 degrees.  The ball has similar overall hook to a Bounty drilled very close.

Now, as for the coverstock, I''ve had a chance to speak with tekneek AND Eric T. from 900 Global about the ball as I was trying to get an idea where OOB might be and the formulation of the cover.  No definitive answer on the ball.  However, I''m perfectly fine living in mystery for the time being because the ball is very nice.

It''s not an old core as far as I can tell. I saw the Japanese flyer on a website. I was just wondering if it was the break s75 cover. I do like it so far, it rolls good and I like the color combo.

Rusty, even thought this was supposed to be an overseas release, and DynoThane is still marketed by the kids in San Antonio, Eric seemed fairly certain the Hack Infect DID NOT have S75 or S75 w/soaker.  He even mentioned SuperFlex and a new core at one point.  Like I said, I'm very happy with the pill and really don't mind what the cover is!

I see S75 listed on the right side of the Japanese flyer and 4000 listed on the left.

FWIW, my Hack Infect is the magenta/purple color and not he green/black.  It's a color and short pin blem I guess.  I also said, I like it!  I don't care if it's adorned with with the star of David and it's hot pink!

The website shows two Hack Infect, one is Green/Black and the other is Purple/Magenta colored lettering! The Purple one looks the best and it doesn't look polished! But as 230-n-up-or-bust says, " who cares what the coverstock is". Don't get caught up in all that, get caught up in how it rolls and performs!!! Just my $.02, Bruce
