Looking for a replacement for Black Ops. Visually, the Conspiracy core looks like Black Ops and the specs are very close. Are these two close in performance?

Honestly, I think you would be better off going with the Flux. Motion is fairly similar imo. It's a little bit more ball to handle more oil. Just try the cover how you preferred the Black Ops.
