I have my pearl at 45*4.5*65 and I really love it.

May go with pin above ring for my hybrid (ordered)

On my solid and pearl, I went with CG in the center of grip and pin to the right of the ring finger. Sorry I don't have the D/A on them at the moment, but I would say a decently large drill angle, shorter pin to pap around 3"and I believe 30 to 40 VAL angle. Both play very nice. They are very easy to read and I can transition from the solid to the pearl and maybe move a board or two in either direction to get back on the head pin. Overall very good length from the pearl and a the solid picks up a bit earlier. I took the shine off the solid to 1500. Tremendous bang for the buck. I suggest any of your favorite layouts no need to overthink and do anything exotic.

Agreed with Hans. Low flare symmetrical means minor tweaks in pin placement won't make a large difference. Use favorite layout, adjust surface as needed.
