My s75 looks like a hybrid

Got my s75 and I looked at the cover real close. It looks like a hybrid to me. I can't find any mention of this anyplace but the silver in it sure looks like a pearl and the black looks like a solid. Anybody find the same thing with their s75?

Plus the cover is full of little pock marks that held the finishing compound and made them appear like white dots.

There is been no confirmation on it but I have been told it is a hybrid.  It darn sure isnt a true solid.  Even the bounty has what looks like some pearl swirls in it.  But dont let that fool you the s75 is the real deal it will handle the oil.

Speaking of hybrids, my Bounty sure looks like one also. But, I was told it was surely a solid.

If you read the description of the coverstock of some of the balls coming out today,you'll see a statement to the effect that "a few tiny pit holes in the coverstock are normal"
 The Virtual Gravity description has that same statement on the New Release section on the home page here.

Well, my s75 has about 100 to 200 little pit holes. Don't know if this qualifies as a few or not.

Yeah it's a valid question that got a pretty valid answer.  Problem is, these threads always tail off into long and stretched out arguments over pearl vs solid vs hybrid what is one and what isn't.  Then you get a dozen people arguing back and forth about something that doesn't really matter (see Power Swing thread in columbia forum).  Does the ball roll well on the intended condition is was designed for?  If so then great, who cares if it's pearl/solid/hybrid/animal/vegetable/mineral.  The usual suspects usually come up in these type of threads everytime there's an argument for a shell's composition.  All in all, it doesn't really matter.

Just getting to the point nice and early before page 2, 3, and 4 or nonsense ensues.

DP3 - I was just surprised it wasn't a solid. The BTM review sheet listed it as a solid and I'm assuming, since I don't have one, the Break s70 is a solid. I have nothing against hybrids. The Brunswick Sidewinder I have works great on the conditions I drilled it up for. But it seems like alot of the companies are afraid to say the cover is a hybrid or that the cover has some particle in it.

Could just be an additive in the coverstock known as afflair (or something similar). The Creature solid has it, the Bounty has it, and the S75 has it. As far as I know, it's just for visual appeal. It is also more noticeable in all of the above mentioned balls if you polish them.
