Depends on the area of the lane you''re playing. One thing to remember is that there isn''t a ball surface or characteristic that exists that''s going to go long on a shot has no oil at all. I find myself pulling out my Break Point Pearl and playing tighter outside angles with different breakpoints to keep my ball going long. If I start off at 10 at the arrows out to 5, I may end up moving my line to 11 at the arros out to 7 or 8, to keep using the oil. Even if I threw plastic up the 10 to 5 line in the third game it''s going to hook.
I did a lot of research and testing with pin placements, surfaces, light oil low flaring balls, plastic balls with cores, etc. The best thing is to learn to adjust your break point, and don''t get in the habit of staying in one spot for too long.
