When comparing both in OOB surface and similar layouts:
Both are very strong pieces.
Bounty is earlier and more of an arc reaction.
S75 is a bit more skid/flip.

I was watching Jaros throw them both on the Chameleon last night and the Bounty was a lot stronger. The Bounty began going brooklyn as the lanes transitioned and he switched to the s75 and threw it from the same spot and line and left a couple 2 10 combinations before moving a little back right and getting lined up. The Break is definitly more angular though.

Jaros threw both balls but you don't know if they were layed out the same. I have both and agree the Bounty moves earlier and hooks a ton while the S-75 goes a little longer and has a snappier backend. both my balls are drilled the same and have been shot on pba layed out patterns and house shots, The Bounty hooks up early and rolls strong to the pocket where the S-75 snaps to the pocket. When lanes dry up a bit I can still throw the S-75 but have to put the Bounty away. I hope this helps a bit.
