That Aspect looks legiiiiiittttttttttt!! Question: is an S77 Response different than S77R?

I'm not sure. I would think so

Interesting with the HB Revival, looks like the increased the mass of the core which lowered the RG a little bit and raised the differential some. Plus S70 Hybrid which just makes me think of R2S Hybrid

AfterBurners look like a modified Volt core, lowered the differential a little bit and S62 Hybrid which was a successful cover on the Drift

The AfterBurners have the Storm Turbine core in them, exact same numbers. I think that core was in the Punch Out, Wipe Out, Natural, etc.

Good catch. If the images of both cores are accurate the 900 Global offerings are slightly different but not enough to make any difference, especially with the numbers being the same.

I remember the Lights Out being really, really popular around my area. If these Afterburner balls are close that's going to be pretty cool. Should be interesting to see how they stack up against the Electrify and Hustle options.

Yeah, the Lights Out and Punch Out were really popular around here too. A sanded Lights Out was usable on anything.

Really depends if and where I'm bowling in late August. Afterburners seem good where I was, but if there's more oil the Aspect would be better.

Not as sure about the Revival since I don't need much help getting balls to go sideways and the Torque might just be too much for house shot.

I was the first person in my league to really throw anything 900 global.  I got an after dark after Doom suggested it.  Shortly after, a couple more people had it(i want a $5 commission check 900).  i was ok with that, i was the first so i was giving grief to them.  THEN, a 900 Rep took over the house... next thing you realize, theres 900 global balls all over the place... way less appealing, i like throwing stuff others don't throw.  my house has a storm rep run the proshop and a 900 rep run the house, so thats a huge majority of whats thrown.

I just hope that the individuality of the brands can stay that way.  I am sure that some Storm cores/coverstocks will bleed into 900G, but hopefully not so much as to blur that line where you can't tell the difference between the brands bowling balls.
Love the 900G brand and been rolling them since the first The Break came out.  Was rolling AMF prior to that.  Lets keep the brands individuality.
Just my .02 cents

Speaking from experience ( I too was with them since the Break and Creature), Storm is going to swallow them whole. Their covers were different before Storm bought interest in Global Foundries. Not as snappy as the Storm covers, not as smooth as Motiv (at the time). I had a Black Eagle laid out exactly as my Break and it wasn't even close to the same cover.

I'm with Doom, I think Global covers will become too clean up front within the first year. And the Storm cores already invaded - two of the new releases are recycling old Storm cores.

Which cores are they Recycling old storm cores?
Volatility Torque- Volatlity Asym
HB Revival- Grapnel 2.0 Asym
Aspect- Reflector Symettric (almost a modified Dream On core)
Afterburners- Ignition Sym (modified Volt Core)

Now i see they updated the website and took all the balls down except the new line and moved everything they had to the Archive.

The Dimension core is on the Aspect, and the Punch Out core is on the Afterburners. The numbers are a 100% and the 3D renderings are too similar for this to be coincidence. Here's an image with the core specs for all of these - https://imgur.com/a/UOQ2JG8

Well, you are going back many years to make that comparison. I'm sure a lot of cores look similar to each other from different companies thru out the years. 900global I'm sure will not copy cores, they are too good for that. And if they do, that would be tragic.

Reflector core description from the 900G website: "The Reflectorâ„¢ Core utilizes two asymmetric halves merged into one to create a symmetric core.  This will create an incredibly strong, yet stable reaction throughout the lane."

Dimension information sheet: "The Core: At the heart of the Dimension is the all-new, technologically advanced Continuumâ„¢ core. By inverting and rotating two identical asymmetric halves 90 degrees, and then merging them together, we have created equal mass displacement.

This translates into a tune-able break point found in asymmetry with the continuation and finish of symmetry. This high performance ball possesses tremendous versatility and performance to fit a variety of styles and conditions."
