I was wondering if anybody has changed the surface on the respect pearl. Ball is skating a bit on oil and either leaving 2-8-10 combo or coming in behind head pin. Thinking about changing surface to 4000 abralon. Ball is a absolute back end monster but just goes too far when it hits some oil. I also have the original respect and want to make sure balls give me 2 different looks.

With my tilt mine was a bit too angular down lane (4-9 combinations).  I hit it with an old 2000 pad to smooth is out a little bit, worked wonders.
