had a pair of tour ultras that were 1 month past warranty.the heel was seperating from the slide shoe.contacted phil and eric thomas on here.eric had me send the shoes to them and they sent me a new pair.i don't know how to thank them for this.so i just wanted to post this so everyone could see what great customer service global 900 has.thanks again.
