Title: Who do I contact on a bag I got for christmas and the zipper is defect?

I received the 900 Global 3 Ball Deluxe Roller Bowling Bag for christmas and was wondering who I contact to report my defective zipper, bag is awesome but cant zip up to hold the balls,

You should first go back to the place where it was purchased to handle the warranty claim.  The shop then would work with 900 on warranty.  Good luck...
