The Wolverine Dark Moss similar to it's predecessor with it's core and cover features a different finish at 4k fast. I drilled the Dark Moss pin down to find more control down lane as the original Wolverine was drilled pin up and was a bit too clean for my style. The Dark Moss will be a great option for when the fronts begin to hook early and the lanes get tighter down lane. The higher RG nature of the ball will get it to clear the fronts with ease and the strength of the core and cover will give it plenty of shape off the spot.

The 900 Global Wolverine Dark Moss features the S70 pearl cover, the Lacerate 2.0 core, and the surface comes at 4kfast. This ball is a remake of the OG Wolverine but green with the 4k-fast surface. The Dark Moss is clean through the front of the lane and is quick off the friction. It is going to be a great ball when the lanes start to break down and/or there is a lot of friction on the lanes. When I threw this ball on the fresh, the Dark Moss just seemed to go a bit longer than I wanted. I could make it work but just not the look for me. I broke the lanes down for a couple games and after that, the Dark Moss looked amazing. I think this will be a mid to late ball in a tournament or the end of league ball when the lanes start to break down. Compared to the Zen, the Zen was earlier, stronger, and more round shape compared to the Dark Moss for me. When the Zen starts to pick up too early the Dark Moss would be a ball down for more length.
