I'm average bowler of 211, at a wood house in delaware. Using the cell. I bought the bounty last year and hated the ball it was good outta the box then i just couldn't carry a ten no more with it. Then i pulled out my cell and shot a 300 with it.  But two Thursdays ago i bought the new bounty hunter I have the ball drilled up pin under the fingers in the middle. And all i can say is wow i use the ball for the past two weeks i haven't shot worst than 681 and my best is a 747. High game of a 266. I threw last 8 of the first game and next 8 of the sec game and got the ball to far outside  and left 4-9 split. Then i struck out for a 266. This ball is by far the strongest piece i have ever owned. I love this ball. I have about 45 games on the ball already and i have yet to see the ball act any different from the time i pulled it out of the box.

I give this ball 4 1/2 out of 5 stars.
Only thing i can say bad about the ball is not enough oil on the lanes at my house for it. If you hit a dry spot you will pay for it. and if you hit a spot of oil down the lane the ball will recover but it carries funny.

Picked up the BH a few weeks ago, had it drilled 4 x 4, pin above about two inches and to the right of ring finger.  I'm a track player, stroker style.  I have all of the high end balls, so I can compare this one.

Ball gives you good length and a sharp turn to the pocket. The hitting percentage on light shots are amazing.  The pins do things that I haven't seen on a repeated basis.  The entry angle still is unmatched by other balls in the market.  In two weeks in one of my leagues, 744 + 785 = 1529 = $725 in winning's.

Ball needs oil to work the best and you need to move to give it room to work.  I have never been excited throwing a new ball before, until this one.

I just hope the longevity will last for sometime.

I wanted to be "SURE" I had everything on the back end so I had my ball driller put everything at 12:00, then added some polish. CG, top of he palm.  I could not beleive the length with a ball this strong. This is a strokers dream.  Incredible length with a nitrous button for the back end.  The ball made pins dance around like the big handed crankers.  The Bounty Hunter drilled this way is an excellent choice when my Bounty is hooking in my backswing. A few guys have questioned why I had it drilled like this, they'll get the answer when I get a share of the $50,000.  Hook 'em Horns

The Bounty Hunter is Global's answer to oil. This one out of the box at 4000 abralon looks and plays duller than that in my opinion. Laid this one out with a standard 4 x 4 1/2 and man does it roll! It wants to keep rolling all through the lane - easy to see why the hooking challenged bowler will love this new release. The one nice thing about the ball is that with the rolly type of roll it has you can get lined up and bang the hole all day long.  I have a hard time reading the breakpoint on swirly balls but this one is so predictable it was easy to get to the hole on a consistent basis. Had great carry, slaps the ten with ease. For a duller ball playing deep did not sacrifice any carry for me. Didn't work as well when the heads went away but not many dull balls do. I think with a quick polish I could it use it on a ton of different conditions, this one has the dynamics to be a very versatile ball. I am going to try some polish and see what happens. Excellent addition to the Global line. This is BETTER than the competitions - give it a try.

I PURCHASED THIS BALL FROM BUDDIES PRO SHOP 3 WEEKS AGO. THE OWNER OF OUR HOUSE CHANGED OILS OVER THE SUMMER AND THE LENGTH OF THE PATTERN IS 41 FEET.I WAS USING IT FOR THE FIRST GAME WITH SOME SUCCESS,WITH GAMES OF 250,224 AND 212. TUESDAY FIRST GAME WAS LOUSY SO I CONTINUED USING IT IN THE SECOND GAME AND SHOT 3OO. THIS BALL IS REALLY STRONG IN THE MIDLANE AND THEN A STRONG BUT VERY PREDICTABLE MOVE TO THE POCKET. PIN CARRY IS JUST AMAZING! MINE IS DRILLED 4X4 PIN IS TO THE RIGHT AND ABOVE RING FINGER. WITH THE PROPER VOLUME AND LENGTH OF OIL I THIS BALL SHOULD BE IN EVERYBODY'S BAG. The mighty EK Quinn drilled the hunter 4x4 with a 3" pin just above my ring finger. Avg speed (14 to 15),tweener 3/4 release, left handed....First set in league last night 753 - it's a beast - everyone wants one now - This ball loves to crush the pocket, refuses to hit light.....Don't swing it too much or it will leave 8 pins and 10 pins......

layout 4x4 with 1 inch pin  buffer   rt handed high rev rate ball speed 18 to 20. I've had my bounty hunter four about 1 mth. both my leagues that have heavy oil patterns didn't have enough for this beast of a ball, had to play about 10 boards left of where I play with my mega friction,once I got comfortable with it the scores started to soar,had a couple of big 700 scores and a 300.I have never had a ball that hooked this continuous thru out the lane before, this ball will definitely be going to Reno this year. keep up the good work GLOBAL.  GOBAL STAFF BOWLER TODD DROUILLARD

Pin under ring finger w/ the MB under my thumb.  2000 abralon surface.

Smooth, Smooth, Smooth!!  The Bounty Hunter rolls really well in oil and makes a nice controlled move to the hole. This is a great ball when there is a heavy volume of oil and you need to play tighter lines.  Its gonna read the lane very well and does not jerk when it sees friction.  Hits the hole with great power and the carry is excellent.  A great ball to have in the arsenal.

If you haven't tried 900 Global yet, what are you waiting for?

Feb. 2010 review

Layout: 55°x4.5"x45°
Surface: Factory & 4000w/Snake Oil

I wanted a heavy oil, strong, smooth rolling piece. What I got with the 55°x4 1/2"x45° drilling was just that. Ball is definitely a Heavy oil ball. On a THS, I was as far left as I could get, even on the slick Anvilane surface.

Its a perfect tournament piece, very versatile in coverstock changes. In its current 4000w/Snake Oil condition, the ball is a medium oil ball. Still very strong! But at this condition I was able to play closer to the channel with very little lift on the ball. Still getting a smooth consistent roll to the pocket. Even while fluffing this ball, it was still a very strong rolling piece.

As a comparison, it was still more than the Aftermath throughout the lane, but a little weaker the the Requiem.

Likes: Pin right and down with hole.  Super smooth on oil.  First 700 with this ball.  Very predictable ball.  Will forgive on some release errors.


Dislikes: Needs head oil or will turn left early.  Have left more than usual ten pins.
