If your signature is correct, get in contact with Eric Thomas.  I'm sure you would not have any problems getting one directly from them for purchase.  I don't see this ball on their retired/archive so they still should be available.

I agree, Eric is great to deal with. I have bought multiple balls direct from him via the PBA ball purchase program.

Proshop here has one displayed on the shelf, but no box I don't think. If you can't find/get one, let me know and I'll get you their phone #.
