no, i can use it on mediums too..

this ball is very versitle..i through it about 15 out to 6 and it screams back, i do have to watch the tragectory on the ball, if i get it out to the dry to fast, its GONE!

Last night I used the Maximum Velocity 31/2 games,
the Velocity 1/2 of 4th game

246, 238, 237, 225 = 946.

In all reality, I love big B stuff. MOST of they're stuff matches my game. But, it just seemed like I couldn't match up my game with any of their heavy oil stuff. Had a UI and a Goliath that I liked and were OK. The UI gave me some big games and loved the reaction most of the time. Had it polished up to 2500 grid. The Goliath is a massive hooking ball, no question. Maybe too much for what I was looking for. Sold that one too. The Navy Sparkle Fuze didn't match me at all.

Sooooo, with a TNT in the garage (the black one, not the burgundy one) and now no heavy oil ball, I put holes in it. 4x4 with pin above ring at 1:00, small weight hole.

I shot that series in a house I've never bowled in before. Played the 5 board straight up and was blowing the house apart. On the 266, I had the front 7 and got slow on 8 and left a wide open split when it dived into the nose. Went sheet afterwards. Had a a three board area that no one else could find.

The AMP, I swear I have thrown one before. All I remember is that it was PINK and it said AMF. I thought it was pretty decent. I dont think it would be better or the same as the TNT, I think it might of been the way he had it drilled but it was to snappy for me.

Its PURPLE not pink. Another kid i know has the tnt, amp, and orignal. The amp goes longer and snaps more.

The AMP is one of the flippiest balls I've thrown. Goes longer than the Triumph and the TNT, with more snap on the backend. I love it. Carries everything. Good for medium oil, not for heavy at all.
