Noticing just the slightest change in reaction to my belowed Clutch, otherwise known as "the ball that can do no wrong", I decided to sand it to 2000 before bowling last night. I know it states OOB at 4000, but I wanted it to grab the midlane just a little sooner. Unbelievably, I converted it from a bowling ball into a noodle. Not even a curved noodle...a straight noodle.
Unfortunately, I did this on a night when my opponent threw a 300/800 at me. The lanes were a touch wetter, but not much. Everything else reacted the same... I went to my Absolute Inferno and salvaged a 660.
I want to try getting it back to OOB, but I can't go to straight 4000 after seeing what happened last night. Does anyone know if this ball is something like 500 with a light 4000 after that or have any idea how I could have caused such a massive change with such a minor surface adjustment?
