I am thinking in terms of all time.

I think my favorite AMF ball was the NightHawk Menace.

Smooth breakpoint and excellent pin action.

I shot my first 700 with the Hawk but the Menace is definately my favorite out of 3 AMF balls I've used. The coverstock was so versitile and the reaction was so smooth.

Yep.

Still works great on a moderately light condition. Still hits with that sharp, cracking sound. Still has that peculiar knack for carrying the 10 pin--noted even in the original BTM review.

Night Hawk Menace was a pretty good ball, but I would have to say that the Bone XS is BY FAR my favorite AMF ball. Actually, I had two and loved 'em both.

I've only owned two, the 3 dot and the Victory, both great balls for their respective eras.

The Victory is undoubtedly the strongest ball I've ever owned. It makes a great one-two punch with the Pro Purple. When the oil starts to carry down, and the Purple has trouble finishing strongly, just move a few boards to the left and throw the Victory on basically the same line. Works great!
