Clutch Pearl cover question

Is it a Soaker coverstock?
Also wondering if anyone would consider taking one to nationals. I am trying to decide between a Break Out and a Clutch Pearl. I know the CP will be more useful for me in league but the BO will be more useful at nationals.

BO should be more useful in both league and nationals. But to answer your question take the BO to Reno for sure.

I bowl on wood lanes with guardian heads(high friction!) Do you still think the BO will be my best bet for league?
I currently have a Rival that is too strong for this house so I rarely use it. I tend to stick to pearlized stuff for league and even then some are too strong by the second game (Cell Pearl)
