The truth of the matter is YOU NEVER KNOW HOW GOOD A COMPANY IS UNTIL YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR PRODUCT!

I like the AMF bowling balls and have been using them quite a while. Naturally when you use something over and over again you are bound to witness some problem.

On Wednesday of this week I uncovered an incident that I wrote to ERIC THOMAS about. We exchanged a few E-mail's and within one day (time lost mostly due to me) the situation was solved to my satisfaction.

I'm sure there are other manufacturers out there that are good .. but believe me there's not another ERIC!

I am very fortunate that I found AMF to suite my style and I'm overjoyed that with AMF comes ERIC .. Thanks for everything!

Another example of Eric using the username button to praise himself I'm sure. How many names is that which you operate under, must be 20 or 30 I guess. Number should jump to 40 or 50 when we get near review time.

That is great Joe, glad things come out great for you.

I to am really glad I am matching up awesome with the AMF/900 global equipment as well. Awesome performance, and awesome customer service. You can count on me staying around

when i had a problem with a ball i got a new one sent to me as well.  Eric handled it all too.  Are you jealous of him or something?
