That's just the old characteristic Columbia mixing pattern.  A lot of Columbias, Tracks, AMFs, and more recent Dynos had the same kind of swirl.  Given that after the Ebonite buyout, 900 Global set up shop in the same San Antonio factory with a lot of the same equipment, it's not hard to believe that newer 900 Global stuff has the same kind of pattern.  One's silver/red, the other is silver/orange.

I've seen it used on a pattern NOT favorable to Pearl Particles....like all the rest there...it did not look good!

I saw the Max Velocity look good(same core but solid!) look good many places!

PS I bet it would be good many other places than the super low volume pattern I saw it on!

that isn't an actual pic of the ball, its a computer made picture, the ball itself was much darker, the grey was a grey, not the sliver of the break pearl, and it was red, not orange.
