How does the Evolution compare to the Evolution Tour II?  Are they the same ball?

Based on the specs both balls have the SPT II coverstock which is particle.

There is an Angle Evolution Reactive, but I was trying to compare the original Angle Evolution (SPT II particle coverstock) to the Angle Evolution Tour II (SPT II particle coverstock).

Tour II

Tour

http://www.bowlingballreviews.com/ball.asp?ballid=26

Regular Evolution

http://www.bowlingballreviews.com/ball.asp?ballid=1020

When I look at the stats above I see Tour II is saying diff of .50
Tour (with solid particle) is saying (diff.39) and Regular Evo is saying diff of .48.

But for some reason I thought the tour II was the same core as tour .39 and had a particle pearl vs the original tours dull particle(for heavy oil).

If I'm right Tour II just like the Tour should be a pretty angular ball where the Evolution was a pretty smooth mass bias ball!

PS if I'm right
PPS I bet Hammer Truck would know!
