Thanks to Eric Thomas

Last Saturday during warmups my N-Code cracked halfway around the ball. I had purchased the ball from Tekneek so I contacted him first about warranty. He had me contact Eric and send him pics of the ball. I sent them off Sunday night. Lo and behold Monday morning when I checked my mail I already had an answer from Eric and the ball arrived Thursday.
I just wanted to thank Eric and his staff for outstanding customer service!

I was up there (well, much further north) Feb 20-22nd and they were supposed to get 6-8" of snow.  Sounds like you picked the right time to visit!

I finally did and Eric got back to me immediately...WOW!  Almost as if he was in the next room talking to me  Thanks a bunch Eric!
