Not mine, but at least it's something. Has one shot with a Storm Reign near the end to compare it with.

That's good to know. I've been looking at the SMOKE to replace a very tired old CLAW Hammer. Love the old pancake balls on burnt conditions.

The smoke was awsome for dry. Actually I threw it when it was the Burn. I loved that ball, it wrote the book on smooth.

I have this ball and for me has a lot of control with strong move to the pocket. At first was too strong with an early roll. Work it out with abralon 2000 and 4000, just a touch of each, then some polish. Now I have more length and just bit less hook. In other words EXTRME CONTROL, a very define roll to the pocket. Carry is not an issue here. The surface now will handle medium light conditions with ease. I will buy another and drill it stronger without working its surface to use it when more oil is present. The one I have has the pin just under the fingers. CG half to 3/4 out.

I just drilled a code, but unfortunately the lane machine here has gone wild, and I can't really get ANYTHING to act right, so I'm going to wait a bit before drilling anything else until I can get a true read on what's going on with my Villain and Code.

When thins settle down some, I'll know where to put my HYPE. It's currently sitting in my bedroom, awaiting the results.

I finally punched mine up yesterday. 5 x 3 1/2 pin up (same layout as my Maniac (3K + snake oil). Used rough buff on 4 sides, theen xtra shine, then diamond gloss. I will let you know how it rolls when the doc lets me back to bowling
