King Cobra - New Addition to Tournament Arsenal
« on: March 02, 2013, 10:17:20 AM »
This is a great ball for tournaments, particularly sport shots, in my opinion.  Ball has a nice dull cover, that grips to the lane, and finishes smoothly. I look forward to throwing this ball in my next tournament $$$. I feel this ball would be good for many different style bowlers, depending Ont he drilling. As a down-and-in bowler with medium-fast ball speed, I found that The King Cobra helped me get to the pocket easier on a medium to oily pattern, and helped carry more - not leaving so many corner pins!

This ball got great reviews in BTM this month.  The lightbulb core has always been a winner in my book, and it sounds like AMF matched the cover and core in this one very well.

i agree this ball rolls effortlessly down lane and still has alot of hitting power through the pins since i have had mine it has been a wonderful addition to the rest of my arsenal i would recommend this ball to anyone. if you liked the older king cobra you will love this one they just keep getting better and better with each release so keep look forward for more wonderful equipment coming from them
If it is worth doing then do it right.

Similar specs to one of my favorites, the Favorite. Low Differential makes for a controllable ball.
