One ugly looking ball

I have looked at both balls (felt them), Bounty and Mega, I have found something that raises an eyebrow making me very courious. The Bounty is suppose to be at 1000 abralon buff, the Mega is 1000 abralon no buff, the textures are not even close, I will assume the buff is the difference, the Mega almost feels like a particle ball, yet I can not see any particle load anywhere on the ball, is this a new development, a ball that has the texture of a particle ball yet is not???
