Laying out my Nkryption?

I just picked up a Nkryption since i love my Code so much, and would like its stronger counterpart.

I am wanting to lay it out the same as my Code, but being that the N-Code is assymetric I don't know whether i need to go by the CG or the MB?

I do not know the mass bias rating of the N-Code, so I don't know how much it will affect ball reaction.

The ball came with the CG kicked out to the right of pin and MB by about 1/2-3/4in. so if i place the MB where the MB would be on the Code if you were to draw a imaginary line through the cg to where one would be if it were assymetric, the CG on the N-code would be kicked out closer to my PAP than i am comfortable with.

If I use the CG on the N-Code then the Mass Bias would be maybe drilled out be my thumb hole or right on it.

Just wanting some suggestions, and maybe an answer to how strong the MB rating is on the N-code. Am really wanting this ball to work out for me. Thanks

Lay the ball out using the mass bias and don't worry about the cg other than what it would cause you as far as a balance hole goes. I've had several assym balls where the cg ended up on my axis and they were great balls. They just required a little bigger weight hole is all.

The MB dif is .008 which shows it has some significance.

My Code is roughly drilled 1:30 label with a standard 3" - 4" pin out.  

My N Code is a blem with a 5.5" pin, it is about 1.5" above and .5" right of the ring finger.  The MB is directly underneath that about 3" right of the thumb.

My N Code is leaps and bounds stronger than the original Code and it loves carrydown.

If you like the Code you will like the N Code too.

Well looks like i am going with the MB, as I thought I should do.

Does anyone know what type of coverstock the N-code is, it looks like it is a hybrid with particles in it. Don't kno if I have seen something like that.

Here is the response I received from Eric Thomas when I asked about the coverstock on the Nkryption Code:

The Nkryption has solid/pearl and an additive called hollowflake.  The flake looks like little gold sparkles, this is what makes the ball turn so hard off the spot.  The box finish is 600 grit and one step of compound, no polish.

No problem, hope it helped.

I have two Nkryption Codes.  One is drilled pin over bridge, 5-1/4" x 3-1/2", no weighthole, box finish.  The other is a long pin 2nd that I drilled 40* x 4-1/2" X 40*  This placed the pin just above the ring finger, and the MB is about 2-1/2" right of the thumb hole.  Drilled out the MB with the weight hole.  The first one gets good length, reads the midlane well, and has a hard arc on the backend.  The double thumb layout turns much harder on the backend.  I really like both of these.  I have the Code as well, and both NCodes are definitely stronger on the backend.
