Title: New AMF300 ball, the VP2
Post by: clintdaley on January 04, 2005, 06:34:30 AM
If you click on the success article, the page that it brings up shows AMF's next ball at the VERY bottom, the VP2. I am assuming the Velocity Particle 2, like the Rule GP2? Don't know for sure, as it is a total guess, but would be logical with what Track is doing.

Nice, except they got the info mixed up. Voss won at Fountain and Hurd won in Wichita.

Thats definatly not the V from Velocity, must be a new valor / mid-price ball.

Did you notice that at the top of the page it says 8 tournaments, with 5 titles?, in the reading it then corrects by saying 3 titles.

From what I've heard the Valor/P is being replaced with a new color, so my guess is that the VP2 is the new Valor/P.

Guys, The Max Velocity is a solid reactive!!!! It is in our hp line and you are correct we need to make a mid price solid, but we are trying to get off the ball launch train and only make 8 balls a year. The Max Vel is a great solid reactive ball but i will warn you it comes polished to get down the lane. If you want it to be a little sooner sand the surface and look out. It will hook allot sooner.
