Nighhawk Torque Pearl
« on: January 01, 2004, 08:38:24 PM »
Almost never saw one of these bad boys.

Just picked one up from Gene Riley.  Threw it.

First pearlish ball I've seen be strong enough to move on this wetter synthetic shot.  Ball pitches and spans are for another lefty.  But I think this may be something good.

Riot Zone from Brunswick almost is but is too archy at back.

Anxious to get this refingered to report back with the real skinny on this good looking ball.

Think so? Try a Fire Quantum or an Inferno.
I can gurantee the Fire QUantum is. The Inferno may be, but I haven't drilled one up yet to verify.

OK, which is too arc-y, the Riot Zone or the Torque Pearl?
My Riot Zone can't do anything but arc, but it's  a strong arc, almost too much hook.

Charlest,

You know which one is archy with big hook.

You described it!  I agree with your assesment.

All AMF balls for me are a little more angular than that look!

Can't go wrong with AMF....
Always Means First!!!!
i attribute my success to my equipment... Night Hawk menace is the bomb....
want a ball that is controllable and never jumps drill one of those.... Mj Slam out hooks anything ive owned yet though....
And there new products are starting to come around.... the scamp and Triumph TnT both roll really well.... my shop tests balls so i get to throw them... im excited about selling their product now... GOOD JOB AMF!!!

I suggest you re-think that position.
It's never the ball; it's always the bowler!

you are dead wrong my friend.... ive seen some of the worst bowlers i know bowl with the right ball for the right condition and win. Then go out a month later on the same shot not recognize it and doesnt even make the cut!!!!

I do this for a living never second guess me.... Otherwise you may end up getting hurt.
