Fantastic job AMF!!! There is good customer service, then there is doing things for the customer that go above and beyond what is expected, and in this situation AMF has come through very impressively and made a very positive impression on many here. I just got my first AMF in Corpus Christi, (Radar), and love it, and this only shows the company is just as good as the products they're making. I have a similar situation with a Hammer Big Blue Pearl, over a year old, thumb slug in, and the ball no longer in production, the ball is at the distributor waiting for a Hammer rep to come and inspect the ball and see whether it's going to be replaced or not. They aren't obligated to replace it with a current release by any stretch, but sometimes creating a positive customer experience more than pays for itself to the company, looking forward to more AMF purchases in the future.
