AMF.....No Customer Service???

I Emailed AMF with a question last week. I received an automated reply that my message had been received and that..."we will get back to you as soon as possible"....

Does AMF even have a customer service to answer questions? Almost a week seems way more than sufficient time to receive a reply. On companies like Brunswick, Storm, Lane 1, etc. I normally receive a reply within 24 hrs. or less and many times the same day if send early enough in the day.

call their 800 number and Dale or Eric will answer, spoke with them this morning when I ordered equipment. Might be under staffed with people leaving for the Holidays

According to Eric from the other day they are extremely swamped right now due to christmas orders.  You will have to either call them or probably wait until next week when things settle down a little.

The AMF emails come direct to me, and  I usually respond right away.  What email did you send?  Perhaps I did not get it.  Feel free to re-send it to erict@amf300.com or just give us a call.  800-424-2695.
