The Kick
« on: May 11, 2003, 04:32:30 AM »
I might pick one of these up for $40. Can I use this as a combination dry lane/ spare ball? What would be the best way to drill it, to accomplish what I want? The box says it has a 0-1" pin, and the top weight is 3 ounces. This is a 15 lb ball.
Thanks
Glenn

I have one just like yours.. but with a little more topweight.. I have used mine for spares even the ten pin and stuff.. I drilled it with the pin right on my palm.. It will snap on very dry backends.. and arc if its just a little dry on the back. If you don't change the way you throw the ball for your 10 pins, you won't be able to pick it up. I flatten my hand just a bit when I throw it at it. Hope this helps.. thanks..
