Yet another teaser from the good gents at AMF/900 Global.

Looks pretty. My pocketbook is already groaning.

Are we talking about their recent addition to the webpage or was there another teaser video? I didn't think that any of the early teasers were this ball. I definitely agree, I think my wallet is definitely going to take a huge hit starting in July.

At any rate, from the info on AMF300.com, the numbers on the Torch look pretty good. Definitely like the medium differential idea on this ball. Colors look super close to the Break Peal too.

Figured that. I had to go and watch all of the teaser videos again just to make sure I didn't miss something. At any rate, I saw the info for both it and the Decimate were added to the AMF webpage. Core looks very interesting. Also F69 cover, Wonder why not F70?

Impending...I see you have the Network. How do you like that ball? I have it and to be totally honest...I am not crazy about it. In one house I was killing it and in another house I could barely get the ball to turn. I am thinking of getting rid of it. I haven't made a surface adjustment yet. I am bowling with my daughter this summer in an adult/child league and they are using quite a bit of oil. I tried using it and even slowing my speed down I couldn't get the ball to the pocket. I just got a used Profit that is drilled pin down and between the fingers and the cg kicked out and that ball is a beast and with no surface adjustment. The Network is drilled almost identical to yours only with side weight. I am thinking of having it plugged and redrilled like the Profit. I love the reaction of that ball. Let me know what you think.

If a Profit is hooking more than the Network, the Network is burning up. My Network is VERY midlaney (Is that a word?) because of the ultra high intermediate diff (0.030 vs 0.013 on the Profit) The Network is an allaround stronger ball. Stronger cover, more surface, lower RG, higer Diff, etc. The Network (out of box) needs oil. I would say put some polish on it, and see if that changes it.

Just a point of reference, at 4000, my Network requires at least 43 feet of oil. I don't have a lot of hand either, but it makes ME look like I do. Always change surface before redrilling.

I think I love the idea of having this ball the most. I've always been leery of the high diff, high int diff asymmetrics

They have their place, but you have to be careful how you lay them out. My Network is almost too much in the midlane.

Agreed, Network definitely has a ton of midlane read, but yet still retains a fair amount of energy to give it a strong move on the backend. It has its place and will definitely let you know when to put it away when on a THS. I put a 65*x5"x35* layout on mine, and it still reads early. I can get away with using it in league when I am able to stay ahead of the oil burn and adjust hand position to get around the ball more. I've been successful with it on various shots that had a heavy, and flatter oil. Even at the OOB (4K) it still does well. Combined with the Darkness, the two are unstoppable.

Torch and Decimate release dates were moved up, they are both now available
