Just my 2 cents but if your going to be competitive in the online world, your prices need to be much lower because thats whats people shop the most for, low price.. Very few people that shop online care that you provide a drilling service..

I wish you the best of luck, but I have to agree with the other posts. I know that you have to make a profit, but you're probably going to struggle to compete with the big boys (buddies, bowlingball.com) if your prices don't come down to their levels. It's a tough game for smaller online shops these days. Again, I wish you luck.

I don't think many people will be interested in paying someone $20 thats gonna spend 10 minutes drilling their ball..

I personally can get it done for $25-$30 here locally and know its done correctly..

And I doubt very much he can get 100 new people per month that want there ball drilled by him..

I wish him luck, but its gonna be a long road to success, thats for sure..
