It IS next year!

...as well as the recent facination with urethane balls.

That's funny stuff. I knew a few guys that had those back in the urethane days, and, personally, I didn't think they rolled all that well. It grabbed super early and hit like the bowl of mustard it looks like.

Bowling bad since 1979 with no end in sight

I thought that the Atari was sweet too, until I had the games loaded on my Xbox and discovered that it was fun when I was like 8 or something...

Go Buckeyes!!!

I DON'T WANT IT, but I did shoot a 298 and 756 with one, In 1986!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I could NOT swing it out, but up the boards it was money. (LOOKED LIKE BABY POOP WHEN IT WAS DIRTY, WHICH WAS ALWAYS!!!!!!!)

I knew of a few really good shooters that rolled this ball, and they shot mostly lights out with it--actually appeared to have gotten better as a result of the newfound confidence it gave them (heavy roll, great hit).
In fact, this ball was as responsible as the Columbia Black U-Dot for turning up scores back in the 1980's, and can be credited with being a catalyst for the bowling ball technology improving frenzy that the game has experienced ever since it came on the market.

We will be known forever by the tracks we leave.

There is actually a guy around here that uses one still. He thinks you "aren't a good bowler if you use resin". Its funny though he averages in the 190's and it hits like a turd. I would be ticked if I was on his team and he refused to use something that would hit.
