Set your Lanes On Fire! with AZO's New Red Fire!

This New AZO ball has been out since before christmas, and we
have a large group of customers who line-up for each new AZO, release!

The Red Fire, features a weight block design from the "Optimum Series",
which is a "Reversed Hour Glass". Also using Dense Core Technology.

The Cover stock of the Red Fire is "Highly Reactive" 18+ Hook!

It comes out of the box 600 grit polished, and this ball is fully adjustable!

We have found the Red Fire to be best on medium lane conditions and
without any shell adjustments, it gets stronger as the lanes breakdown.

You can drill this one with any favorite 2-piece drilling pattern.

Our test of this ball showed us a strong hooking and yet controllable ball!
The backend was smooth and predicable! but,(Sharper turn than the Blue Fire).

The hitting power was tremedous! Pins dancing across the deck with most hits!

If you want to try a ball that will smooth out your jerky ball reaction, the
AZO Red Fire is for you!

We highly recommend this ball to all bowlers and to Our customers!

I have been using the AZO Red Fire for three months.  My average has increased from 189 to 193 in one league and from 176 to 182 in my other league. Since i started bowling in 1968, at age of 35, I have used just about every ball that has been made and all I own now are AZO Balls.  For week in and week out consistency AZO balls are the best on the market to-day. *I will be 70 in March and have just order the AZO Blue Fire.

This is one of my favorite balls by AZO. Along with Big Schilling they used to be my sponsor, however, I might be of some help to all you SOUTHPAWS out there. I think I'm one of the only people in my area to throw this ball...a lot of people didn't really like it.
One of mine is stacked with the pin above my fingers, and it seems to be great for drier lanes and sometimes carry down later on in the day. On the other, the pin is below my ring w/CG straight down about 3 inches. This one goes quite a bit longer with a smooth archy backend. All in all I recommend this ball for medium to drier lanes.

Specs on me are in the profile.

My Red Fire is 16# with a 2-3" pin out, it is drilled pin over ring and stacked over the CG.

With the way mine is laid out, plus I polished up for more length on drier lanes, I got a ball that is very controllable through the whole lane.

I have tried this ball on all types of oil patterns from pretty long to pretty short.  On the longer pattern I must play straight up the boards if I want it to work.  The good thing here is when I throw the ball slower to compensate for the oil, it conserves enough energy to flare into the pocket.

On the drier shorter patterns as long as there is oil the ball will smoothly arc into the pocket.  I don't get any erratic uncontrollable movement once the Red Fire gets to the backend.

The hit and carry are typical of AZO which gives you nothing to worry about.

Overall when everything I have jumps too soon, the Red Fire holds the line real well until it makes the move to the pocket.  It's a welcomed addition to drier house patterns.

I drilled this ball up with the pin under my ring finger and the CG 1 1/4" from my grip line. This is my favorite layout. For my game the ball will get good length and then turn over in the dry, but not be too snappy.

I used this ball along with the Fanasty X Super Carbon to help win a local doubles tournament. The Fanasty X has the same drilling. The Red Fire would go a little longer and hook about 3 boards less when it hit the dry.

This ball did not give me over/under, it just made a nice smooth transition off the dry, and had the hard hitting power of all AZO bowling balls.

I have used this on a variety of lane conditions. No condition has been too wet or too dry for this ball. It is a great medium ball, and will be something that you can read the lanes with.

UPDATE:

I have used this ball for a long time now, and it is one of my favorites of all times.  This ball goes with me everywhere.  I am going to punch up another one with a different layout, because this is my go to ball.

If you have any questions, please email me.

I drilled this ball with the pin above the ring finger and I kicked the cg out.  I had to drill an extra hole.  I drilled it by the center of my grip, true the CG and went 7".  The first couple of week, I hate this ball because I always had the 10 pin.  After one month, I begun to love it.  It was probably because the ball was too shiny and after a couple of game, the coverstock was a little duller.  This ball snaps very hard!  When my fantasy x can't pass the head or when there is too much carrydown, I take out this baby and I continue to strike a lot and carry the pins.  It is a good complement to my Fantasy X and the Fantasy X Reactive. The cover is becoming dull but I don't want to sand it because it still react very well.

I finaly dicides to sand this baby to give her a second life... the result was awesome!  It reacted exactly the same way, but it was keeping more energy in the pins!  Since I have done it, I threw a perfect game...
