Is it safe to buy a bowling ball from AZO ???
« on: April 05, 2016, 10:57:57 PM »
:)Hello all out there, I'm a 197average bowler in NKY, and 3 years ago a friend was telling me about this New company and how there balls were made by the people who made Lane Master bowling balls. I found a website that sold said balls, and I bought 2 different balls. I had them drilled up and they both never moved a lick. I changed the surface on both to get them to move some. Now I'm not here to dog out said company, but I don't want to make the same mistake again without checking all forms of social media, so I need some HELP!!!!!!! NOWWWWWW!!!! :-)
So my question is simply this is AZO bowling balls legal at tournaments, and do they work like they say in there videos?? Thanks for the help to all out there.

Azo is poured by storm at 900 global plant. The cores are all old 900 global amf cores and I am sure covers too. I own all of them. None of them hook out the building. They are better for more rev dominant players or those with slower ball speeds in my opinion.  I have had did well with them this past year avging 238 in my league. Have had award scores with them. It is solid equipment and decent prices. In my opinion the two balls in their line that I like the best are both the outbreaks. I have had good success with all of them. The legit is a great ball for price point if it Chad a stronger cover it would be amazeballs but then again it would be an entry level. They are worth trying man.

I just brought a AZO Cheater and I was wondering if it is stronger than the first Mastermind?

I have the Cheater Hybrid and the Outbreak Pearl and I really like both of them. I agree with RevLefty....they aren't the biggest hooking balls but they are smooth and very controllable. On today's conditions that's something you need. My Outbreak Pearl is stronger than the Cheater Hybrid but the Cheater Hybrid is unique in that you don't need to have the most hand in order to make it work for you. I can play the whole night with minimal movement on my league and the ball works wonderfully. This will be the first year with the Pearl ball in league so I am excited to see what it will do. I would like to get my hands on the Outbreak Solid to see how strong it really is. Hope this helps.
