i purchased a pair of 3G tour ultra's last year about this time. eric thomas was a big help in me selecting these shoes and they've been well worth the investment. i noticed the shoelaces the other day were very frayed and close to breaking so i e-mailed eric and he sent me a pair of replacement laces just like that----no questions asked. that's customer service. that's also the reason why i gave up on dexter and lind's----poor customer service. if you are looking for a pair of high performance bowling shoes look no farther than 3G.
