Agree Buddies is the best, been having my balls drilled and purchased from them for years. I am not going to bother them with this issue, I emailed 3G directly. But stop defending 3G I understand how replacement soles from them come, but new shoes shouldn't need cut to fit.
I am not defending 3G. Stuff happens during manufacturing and packing. I have seen bad Dexters, bad 3G's, and bad KR's.
I literally had Dexter tell me that their "The 9" line of shoes were not intended to be durable after I had one fall apart after less than 2 years. They refused any kind of warranty claim, but did offer to sell me a replacement pair at their cost. I bought a different model of Dexters on closeout, and they came with the wrong length shoe laces. I emailed Dexter and they sent me a new set of laces that were the correct length.
Quality control these days across multiple industries tends to be non-existent. Sometimes it takes some work to get things corrected, even with brand new products. It is disappointing and frustrating and not an issue you should be having, but the issue you are having is an easy fix even if 3G won't resolve it. If you saved $50-$70 on the shoes, and have to buy a $20 sole to fix the issue, you are still coming out ahead.
