this is my first pair of shoes with changable soles and heels or one that has the right shoe with rubber rather then the cloth like surface on it.

my question is if I like the combo or sole and heel that I have on it now. should I keep it on there?

the problem is that im used to pushing hard with my right foot since it usually slips. so my first shot with them lst night was 20mph! im usually at 16-17.

so should I keep my feet slow as to keep my sped down which seemed to work. or try and keep switching soles to slow myself down?

(I bowl with my sole and heel planting at the same time... heel is the rust colored one)

fyi - I currently have sole C  and heel A on.

I havent tried sole D or the cleats (not sure when to use cleats) if its custom or just to solve problems such as your foot turning.

I think most people find a heel/sole combo that works for them and leave it there the vast majority of the time.  Really, how often do the approaches at your house change?  I might change mine when I go to a tournament in another house but 99% of the time, I use the same heel/sole.

You might want to consider finding more than one combination that works.  This does two things.  It will give you other options to go to if you need them and it also breaks in the other soles/heels.  You don't want to have to be breaking in soles when you are trying to score well in a league or tournament.  Put a couple games on each just to get a feel for any you think you may use in the future.  

I've never used the cleats and actually traded them with a friend who never used his leather heel.  

If you haven't tried their Adjust-A-Heel I highly recommend that heel.  It's rubber with velcro attached to the front edge so you can attach different leather pieces to control your slide.

which sole and heel combo is purely an individual thing-----it all depends on your game. what works for me may not work for you. my usual set-up in the derr skin(cream) sole and the gray hard rubber heel.
