Title: 6 ball bags
Post by: Willaby Rags on August 16, 2006, 12:21:56 AM
I'm wondering, on the 6 ball bags, can the middle pair be left out?  My home house always puts out a different shot, so I want to bring 4 balls to league (mean machine, machine, heat and spare), but for tournaments I'd like to bring 6.  I was wondering if the middle pair can be left out because as I understand, the shoes fit in the two ball tote on top.

Some of them, yes.  The KR/Brunswick bags have a kit that will turn a 4-ball into a 6-ball, so I'd imagine it works the other way around as well.  I know the top piece is removable as a 2-ball tote, you could always just take that off and use the rest of it.

What if you just bought a 4 ball and a 2 ball tote? That's what I do. It's easier than the 6 I had one it was too bulky and was a pain to drag around

I had the brunswick 6 ball bag and yes you can take the middle out of it, however you have to completely disasimble the hand and remove the top shelf, and even at the the handle is still going to be for a six ball bag instead so it will be pretty long.  I agree with ElSkippy3o42 suggestion, just pick up a 4 ball bag and a 2 ball tote bag.  I may actually be cheaper that way anyway
