anyone ever put a new toe cap on? went to the dynothane web site and they gave instructions and it seems pretty complicated. was in reno this past weekend and dropped by the stadium thinking that i could get someone there to do it for me because the usbc women's championships are there now. that was a mistake, other than selling and drilling balls, the pro shop was not equipped to do anything else.

It is'nt that hard to change them. However, you do have to use some clear silicone glue to adhere the front part of the toe cap. The underside has velcro but the front fits loose without glue.

I use Shoe Goo ll you can pick it up in tubes at your local Walmart/K-Mart in the shoe section. It will adhere better and clean off much easier than silicone, I've tried both the Shoe Goo is designed for shoe repairs and it sets up fast and renains pliable.
