Brunswick's AnvilLanes are the slickest synthetics made, that I am aware of. They don't need much oil compared to wood lanes to provide similar skid, but the ball reaction will almost always vary from a little to a lot different than any wood lanes. I'd suggest you be prepared to buy some new balls or change the surface of your current oilers. While it may not be certain, not knowing how your current wood lanes react, it is more than likely that the new oilpattern + lane surface will make current balls look very different.
