Title: Anyone Notice Turbo Has changed the formula for the slugs?
Post by: TheDude on May 08, 2005, 04:30:10 PM
I recieved new slugs from my distributor(Buffa) and they just got a new shipment of Turbo slugs in. The black ones are harder it seems, not as soft as they used to be. Also the vent slot is bigger,(useful) and the slug is longer.(also very useful for longer thumbs)

those $2.50 are very expensive you gotta try that DOONKIE KIT with some quick plug. it has a smoother feel and alot softer.

talking with my pro shop guys i have noticed there are 2 kinds of slugs, when you drill into them: some make the long strings of rubber and some break up, like drilling into drywall or concrete. he said it has something to do with how they cure.
